1. General Terms & Conditions

• All active bonuses will be forfeited.
• 8t77 reserves the right to suspend or close the primary account as well.

2.4 Account Verification (KYC)

8t77 may request KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any time — including before processing withdrawals. You may be asked to provide:

• Delays or failures on the part of third-party payment providers.

• Issues with your device, browser, or operating system.
• Unauthorized access to your account credentials due to your own negligence.

7.2 User Responsibilities

3. Most issues are resolved within 7 business days.

8.2 Final Decision

Decisions made by 8t77 management are considered final in all disputes. However, you always retain the right to appeal to the relevant licensing authority.

9. Changes & Amendments to Terms

8t77 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

9.1 Update Notice

When any changes are made to these Terms & Conditions:

• The "Last Updated" date on this page will reflect any changes.
• Notifications of significant changes will be sent to your registered email address.
• A pop-up notice will be displayed upon login.

9.2 Acceptance of Changes

Continuing to use 8t77 after changes to the Terms & Conditions means you accept the updated terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you may close your account and withdraw your balance.

9.3 Account Termination

Both you and 8t77 have the right to close your account at any time:

• You can permanently close your account from your account settings.
• 8t77 may suspend or close an account in the event of a Terms & Conditions violation or other reasonable cause.
• Any remaining balance (excluding bonuses) at the time of account closure will be refunded.
